About Us

Traditional Indian strength training is built on movement, balance, and discipline. For generations, tools such as the Mudgar, Gada, Samtola, Shena Push-Up Board, and Indian Clubs were used in akharas and training grounds to develop functional strength, endurance, mobility, and complete physical control. These tools trained the body as a whole, strengthening joints, improving coordination, and building resilience through natural movement.

Over time, many of these practices were overshadowed by modern, mass-produced fitness equipment that often prioritizes convenience over craftsmanship and isolated strength over functional movement. We believe that something valuable was lost in this shift. Our purpose is to preserve and revive these traditional training methods, not as relics of the past, but as powerful tools for modern fitness. We exist to bring back equipment that encourages mindful training, long-term joint health, and strength that carries over into real life.

We place craftsmanship at the center of everything we create. Each piece of equipment is handcrafted in India by skilled artisans who understand the importance of balance, weight distribution, and durability. We use carefully selected, premium kiln-dried hardwood, allowing the natural strength and character of the wood to shape the final product.

Our process is deliberate and patient. From shaping and turning the wood to achieving precise weight balance and applying smooth, protective finishes, every step is done by hand. We do not mass-produce or rush production. Instead, each Mudgar, Gada, Samtola, and Shena Push-Up Board is made with attention to detail, ensuring comfortable grip, smooth movement, and long-lasting performance.

By combining time-honored craftsmanship with modern training needs, we create authentic fitness tools built to perform, endure, and support meaningful training. Every product reflects our commitment to quality, tradition, and function — equipment designed not just to be used, but to be trusted over years of practice.
