Made-to-Order Products

All our products are handcrafted and made to order. Once an order is placed and manufacturing has begun, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted. This allows us to maintain accurate weight, balance, and quality for every piece.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made before manufacturing has started. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Natural Variations

As our products are handcrafted from natural hardwood, slight variations in color, wood grain, finish, and minor dimensional differences are normal and are not considered defects. Such variations are a natural part of handcrafted craftsmanship and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect product or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a suitable resolution after verification.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers may be required to ship the product back in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs, if applicable, may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame after inspection of the returned product.

Product Use & Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Refunds or returns will not be accepted for products damaged after use.
